This warranty applies solely to your Patriot Hitches, LLC product(s).
You must: Register your product(s) within 30 days of original date of purchase.

Warranty and Warranty Period:

Patriot Hitches, LLC, provides a lifetime warranty that all Patriot Hitches, LLC product(s)(s) sold will be free of defects in manufacturing or in material or workmanship and will perform according to the manufacturer’s original specifications when the product(s) is used under normal working conditions, the use is not abusive, and the product(s) has been properly maintained. Any damage to Patriot Hitches, LLC product(s) as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, an accident, improper installation, fire, water, or repairs by persons other than the manufacturer will void this warranty. The warranty is NON- transferable and will be provided only to the original purchaser. The customer must provide proof of purchase at the time a warranty claim is made. Replacement of the product(s) in the manner provided in this warranty shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Patriot Hitches, LLC, product(s) to the consumer based on contract or otherwise. Defective product(s) returned to Patriot Hitches, LLC, become property of Patriot Hitches, LLC.

Limitations On The Lifetime Warranty:

the warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product(s) for so long as the original consumer owns the product(s). This warranty may not be transferred to any other individual or legal entity.
the warranty applies only to a product(s) that is defective in manufacturing, material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, blemishes, or other cosmetic or superficial deficiencies.
the warranty does not cover service or labor charges which are incurred, including service and labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any product(s)s, or costs incurred in returning the defective product(s) to Patriot Hitches, LLC, product(s)

The Warranty Does Not Extend To Product(S) That Are Damaged Or Which Fail:

As a result of a product(s) being misapplied, overloaded, or improperly installed (including failure to install the product(s) in accordance with installation instructions which accompany the product(s) when purchased).
As a result of a product(s) being altered in any manner by anyone other than Patriot Hitches, LLC.
As a result of the product(s)s being neglected, abused or misused in any manner.
As a result of any accident.

This Warranty Does Not Cover Any Liability To Person Or Property That May Occur As A Result Of:

Original purchaser’s failure to correctly and securely attach a tow load using all relevant recommendations.
Original purchaser’s failure to use the Patriot Hitches, LLC within the gross trailer weight range, tongue weight range, and tow-ball weight rating specified for the applicable towing vehicle, trailer, tow, boat, etc., and tow-ball, including initially upon attaching a tow load and after adding any additional load(s).
Original purchaser’s failure to properly secure loads to avoid shifting of weight
Original purchaser’s failure to comply with traffic regulations or drive safely by a reasonable standard. The occurrence of any of the failures or events listed in this section shall void this warranty.

Warranty Procedure:

To obtain the benefits of the warranty, the consumer must register the product(s) within thirty (30) days of original date of purchase and present the defective product(s)(s) together with the properly completed proof of purchase that accompanies this warranty to Patriot Hitches, LLC, product’s dealers or its factory. The customer may register the product(s) at patriothitches.com/product-registration. Subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this warranty, Patriot Hitches, LLC, will provide a replacement product(s) to the original consumer free of charge. Should there be a warranty claim, simply follow the prompts online patriothitches.com/warranty or call Patriot Hitches, LLC Customer Service at (330) 509-9403 to register you product. The original retail purchaser must return the product(s) to the company. The customer is solely responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the product(s). *

Miscellaneous:

This warranty are in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties, whether express or implied. Patriot Hitches, LLC, its distributors, and authorized dealers do not authorize any person to assume for any of them any obligations or liabilities greater than or different from those set forth in these warranties.

Patriot Hitches, LLC, product(s) shall not be liable or assume responsibility for the loss of use of any vehicle, loss of time, rental of vehicle, loss or damage to personal property, economic damages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, or for any reasonable delay in performance under this warranty, of the product(s). Exclusions or limitations may not apply in the event jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The purchaser assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of the Patriot Hitches, LLC, product(s). All Patriot Hitches, LLC product(s) are sold subject to this condition, and no representative of the manufacturer may waive or change this policy.

The remedy of repair or replacement stated above shall be the purchaser’s exclusive remedy. The manufacturer does not assume or authorize any person or representative to assume on its behalf any other liability in connection with the sale of a Patriot Hitches, LLC, product(s). The manufacturer shall not be liable for (a) any damages or expenses that may occur, including, but not limited to, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the delivery, installation, use, performance and/or removal of the Patriot Hitches, LLC, (including, but not limited to, damage to property); (b) any other claim arising from negligence, strict liability, or breach of contract regarding the Patriot Hitches, LLC; or (c) other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of enjoyment of use, costs of installation and/or removal, or other consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty covering the Patriot Hitches, LLC, product(s).
