Cautions and Warnings:
* Some configurations will allow accessories to remain in place
when not in use, however, Patriot Hitches, strongly warns
and advises against it

* It is recommended for bike racks and cargo racks to use ratchet
straps to secure the load to minimize bounce and movement.
